What's good there?

The location itself, also becoming a benefit to the guest. Not far from the Palace, Alun-Alun or Malioboro (the center of the crowd), you gonna having a quite peaceful place to stay. Don't worry about ur daily meals or cafe to killing the night, along the street you'll find various kind of restaurant, cafe, bars, everything that provide ur bfast till drop!
For me, a convenience store such Alfamart , is an important point to be checked while choosin the accomodation hehe.

Well, the buildings itself could be describe as a vintage homey guest house. Browny interior with vintage lamp hanging on the lobby will welcome you as you entered the house.

Pak Suwarman, as the front desk and also would be a first person to help you if you need an assitance. He such a warm kindhearted person and yet helpfull. Don't think twice to givin him an extras like tippin for his hospitality :)

Next, step into the room. I forgot how many rooms are there, but I think over than ten rooms will provide the guests. With a lil garden in the middle, and some birdcage ( with the bird also inside haha), adding some unique exprience and makin ur holiday not like staying at hotel but a house .
Really recommended for family vacation like I did on my last holiday.

I got my room with its own living room to chill and shared with my neighbour. Even I got a room a lil back in the house but still , it has an open area for the sun lights comes in. A good point to avoid any scary feelings or suggestion lol

Comes in into the room, I've 2 twin bed then it mixed up to become one double bed and an extra bed for my lil bro.

The air conditioner works well, a small LCD TV cable, a large clean bathroom minus the bathtub, but its not a big dral for me, infact I love shower rather than tub. And I doubt about water heater. Bcuz I don't think I need it in Jogja weather.

Oh God I can't wait to sleeep! :)

In the mornin we got a hot tea as a compliment, and I even could rent our motorbike directly from Pak Suwarman (again, he's sooooo kind). 70k/day/bike exclude gasoline , you got a good vehicle to strollin around the city.

Exactly infront of the guesthouse there's a lil food street vendor with its Padangnesse menu. So if I'm lazy to take a miles for food. This one is really an advantage.

Besides foods, another advantages in here , is there's an ATM for Mandiri and Danamon in the parkin area. Oh ya, money changer also.

How to get there?

If you are from Giwangan bus station and plannin to take Trans Jogja, took any route who have stop in Kol Sugiono shelter(in jl kol sugiono) , I forgot its about the 3A or 3B routes and cost only 3600rupiah. Aftet that, take Becak and gives 20k or 15k

So, I got my very best exprience and also my family while I'm stayin in Jogja on my Christmas holiday.
